In 2005, three 15 year old girls sat in class unaware that they would come up with an organization
that would change their lives.
Elizabeth Eddy, Gabriela Graham, and Juliana Colangelo developed
Sisters on the Runway as a concept that challenges youth to use their passions to change the world.
Through an annual fashion show fundraiser, Sisters on the Runway has raised awareness and over $50,000
for women and children affected by domestic violence.
Students learn the importance of social responsibility
by creating an exciting event open to the community at large. Sisters on the Runway also offers a format for high school
and college students to start their own fundraiser.
